Can I try the gym before signing up?

We do not offer free trials, but you are welcome to visit and take a look around. Use the QR code at our entrance upon arrival, and one of our team members will greet you and guide you inside.

Alternatively, you can purchase a one-day or seven-day pass if you’d like to try the gym before becoming a member.

What is the minimum age to join?

You must be at least 16 years old to join PureGym.

 

 

Do I need to attend an induction session before starting my workout?

Induction sessions are not mandatory at Yourfit Gym However, if you would like to book one, simply speak to a member of our team at the gym, and they will be happy to guide you on using the equipment properly.

 

Can someone teach me how to use the equipment?

Yes! You can book a free 30-minute introductory session through your member area, where our team will show you how to use different machines.

Do Yourfit Gym locations have a sauna, steam room, spa, or swimming pool?

 Yes, we provide high-quality fitness facilities and equipment at affordable prices.

 

Are there changing rooms and lockers?

Yes! All our gyms have individual showers, changing areas, and free lockers—just remember to bring your own padlock.

If you forget to bring a padlock, don’t worry! They are available for purchase from our vending machines inside the gym.

We also provide hairdryers and power sockets for your convenience.

Can I store my belongings overnight?

No, lockers are only for use while you are in the gym. Our team checks and empties all lockers at night. Any items found will be moved to our lost property lockers.

If we need to remove a padlock to access a locker, we won’t be able to replace it.

Do you provide towels?

We do not offer free towels, so please bring your own when you visit. Alternatively, you can purchase one from our vending machines.

 

Is there free Wi-Fi at the gym?

Yes! Simply select our Wi-Fi network when you’re at the gym. Once connected, open your browser and follow the instructions to log in.

Is parking free?

Yes, all our gyms offer free parking, but local restrictions may apply. Please check the parking rules at your gym upon arrival.

Are fitness classes included in my membership?

Yes! All trainer-led and virtual classes in the gym are included in your membership. Class availability may vary by location, so check your member area for the latest schedule.
